Founded in 2013, Fadeplast Buga S.A.S. boasts a prominent position among the producers of PET and rPET empty containers that are mainly intended for the companies in the food & beverage sector.

In order to offer high-quality bottles, the company uses the best raw materials available on the market and machines of the latest generation, such as SMI stretch-blow moulders from the EBS K ERGON range. With the aim of responding to the growing market demands, Fadeplast recently installed the fourth EBS 4 K ERGON rotary stretch-blow moulder, capable of ensuring high competitiveness, fast format changeover and simple and cost-saving management operations.

• solution suitable for the production of lightweight and recyclable containers
• easy management and maintenance: the stretch-blow moulder has a reduced height and no ladders are required for maintenance operations
• system equipped with two-stage compressed air recovery
• optimized energy consumption
• reduced pre-blowing and blowing times and better quality of the bottles produced
