In the heart of the Ligurian Alps, where the mountains embrace the crystal clear water of the sea, flows the uncontaminated, pure water bottled by the company Santa Vittoria in Pornassio (Imperia).

CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY AND TRADITION

Thanks to continuous investments within the production plants, Acqua Santa Vittoria has become an excellence in Liguria and the West. The project, that has involved SMI and ENOBERG for the supply of a new complete 25,000 bph line (0.5 L), stands out for advanced technology, that harmoniously blends with the company tradition in all phases of the industrial process, in order to ensure high-quality products, that are as pure as the surrounding environment.

The new plant includes an integrated ECOBLOC® ERGON system composed of a latest generation SMI stretch-blow moulder from the EBS 10 KL ERGON range and a filling-capping system ENOBERG 80-15 HEVS for still and sparkling water.

For the secondary packaging, Acqua Santa Vittoria chose an extremely compact solution, suitable for the packaging of both cylindrical and square bottles. The system includes a DAT 10/10 accumulation table, a DV 500 ERGON divider, conveyor belts and a SK 502 F ERGON shrink wrapper working in double lane.

Divider, conveyors and shrink wrappers work in synchro, as if they were a single block, ensuring an extremely smooth packaging process. Furthermore, the adjustments of the conveyor guides are automatic, while the format changeover management occurs directly through the machine operator panel, thus considerably simplifying the management and maintenance of the whole line.

The production process ends with the tertiary packaging made in 800x1200 and 600x800 mm pallets by an automatic palletizing system from the APS 3090 P ERGON range.

Santa Vittoria is a cutting-edge reality in terms of use of renewable and environmentally friendly sources.

Throughout the years, it has developed a flexible, efficient and sustainable production system, made possible even by the collaboration with strategic partners such as SMI and ENOBERG.

The entire bottling, packaging and distribution operations of cylindrical and square PET bottles with three different formats (500 ml, 1500 ml and 2000 ml) have been designed to ensure sustainability and efficiency, thus allowing the optimal use of the resources.

The new SMI and ENOBERG line relies on technological solutions of the latest generation that enable to use PET bottles made of 30% recycled material.

Santa Vittoria water is not simply a vital element; it is a love song of the earth, it is a symphony of crystalline drops that tell stories of ancient traditions, a perfect natural balance and an indissoluble bond with the land of the Ligurian Alps.
